Sterile bacteriostatic water is formulated for the reconstitution of lyophilized peptides prior to in vitro research. It contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol to inhibit microbial growth during multi-use handling and is packaged in sealed vials for controlled, sterile withdrawal.
This solution is intended strictly for laboratory use. To reconstitute a peptide:
- Inspect the vial for integrity and expiration
- Sanitize the work area and wear gloves
- Use a sterile syringe to withdraw the desired volume
- Inject slowly into the lyophilized peptide vial, allowing the liquid to run down the inner wall
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved—do not shake
- Label and date the reconstituted vial
- Use promptly or refrigerate per lab protocol
Available in 3ml and 10ml formats, this product supports precise dilution and multi-use handling under sterile conditions. It is not approved for human or veterinary use. All handling must comply with institutional safety protocols.
