How the Calculator Works
For Research Use Only
This calculator is designed for laboratory research. It does not provide medical advice, human dosing guidance, or therapeutic recommendations. Always follow sterile technique and store reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C.
How the Calculator Works
This tool helps you estimate how much sterile solvent to add to your peptide vial — and how much liquid volume corresponds to your desired research dose.
Step 1: Enter Peptide Amount
Start by entering the total milligrams (mg) of peptide in your vial. Example: 5 mg.
Step 2: Enter Solvent Volume
Next, enter how many milliliters (mL) of bacteriostatic water or sterile saline you plan to add. Example: 2 mL.
Step 3: Enter Desired Dose
Finally, enter the amount of peptide (in mg) you want to extract per dose. Example: 0.25 mg.
The Calculator Will Show You:
The concentration of your solution (mg per mL)The volume of liquid needed to extract your desired dose.
